Therapy sessions with me are non-judgemental and empathic, tailored to your needs, and honor how you experience the world. I am currently accepting private pay only at this time, I apologize for this limitation.

 

I welcome and celebrate everything unique that shapes who you are. I recognize the effects of systemic oppression and am guided by your experience as the expert of your story. We are not created nor do we exist in a vacuum.

 

With sensitivity, I work relationally with you to understand and gain insight into your concerns. Often my work centers around building confidence, self-compassion, and greater understanding of self and others. IFS-informed parts therapy and psychedelic preparation and integration are ways of expanding and exploring consciousness and post-traumatic growth that I have special training and experience in.
